Rescue Operations Continue at Patancheru Accident Site

In the wake of the devastating accident at the Patancheru industrial estate, Minister Damodara Rajanarsimha confirmed that rescue operations are being carried out without interruption. The authorities are working tirelessly to locate and recover the remaining victims, while providing necessary support to the affected families. The minister emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring that no effort is spared in the ongoing search and rescue mission.

AICC State In-charge Meenakshi Natarajan, Telangana PCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, and Working President Jaggareddy visited the accident site. They interacted with the victims and their families, offering condolences and assurance of assistance. The leaders also held discussions with officials on the ground, reviewing the steps taken so far in rescue and relief operations.

Minister Rajanarsimha revealed that the death toll has risen to 36. Among them, 18 victims have been successfully identified, and 16 of those have already been sent to their respective native places for final rites. Efforts are continuing to identify the remaining bodies using forensic methods, and support is being extended to the families during this difficult time.

As of now, 11 individuals are still reported missing. The minister assured that search operations will persist until every missing person is accounted for. He also stated that the government would initiate a thorough investigation into the incident and take strict action against those found responsible for the industrial mishap.
