On the auspicious occasion of the Bonalu festival, he announced a grand reward of ₹1 crore for Hyderabad-based singer Rahul Sipligunj, who gained international acclaim after the Oscar win for the song “Naatu Naatu” from the film RRR. Rahul Sipligunj, along with Kala Bhairava, delivered a high-energy performance of “Naatu Naatu” at the 95th Academy Awards in March 2023, where the song triumphed in the Best Original Song category.
