The Telangana government has announced the winners of the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards for 2024, marking the revival of state-sponsored film honors after a 14-year hiatus. Named in memory of the late revolutionary poet and balladeer Gaddar, these awards aim to celebrate excellence in Telugu cinema and promote Telangana’s cultural identity.
