The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has been implementing a student-friendly initiative by offering free bus passes to school children. Girls studying up to Class 10 and boys up to Class 6 are eligible for these free passes. For online applications, scanned copies of these documents must be uploaded along with form submission. Once verified, the pass will be issued or delivered to the applicant.

APSRTC has also introduced digital services to streamline the process. The student bus pass can now be renewed online at the start of each academic year, reducing the hassle of standing in long queues.
